I feel that this video marks the end of my 2007/08 event run of making videos and I ended up spending more time on my college HND so stopped making so many for that reason and also because I was becoming frustrated with the low quality of my Hi8 camera not to mention having no funding to cover the filming and my time. I enjoy filming college student music which brought me to film this event. The USC Marching Band have played at national football league games, including the St. Louis Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons and Kansas City Chiefs. They have also performed for two NFL Pro Bowl football games and a few super bowls. It’s a Southern University Band. The band is known for being one of the most televised university marching bands in the US. In 2008, they arrived in Edinburgh, Scotland to perform at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo becoming only the second marching band ever invited to the event showcasing the students music.
