Rincon/ University High school from Tucson, Arizona preforms their 2010 show “Agnus Dei” just a few days before leaving for the San Diego Power Regional in California.Choreographers are Pepe Ochoa and Sean Salvadore. The Passion Within – 2009 McNeil Band (UIL Marching Contest Oct. 17)
This is a video of the 2009-2010 McNeil High School Marching Band from Austin, Texas performing their show entitled The Passion Within at the RRISD Athletic Complex (“The Palace”) on October 17, 2009 at the UIL Region 26 Marching Contest. The Passion Within was arranged by Daniel Montoya Jr. featuring the music of Tchaikovsky and Shostakovitch, percussion was written by Ian Smith and visual design was made by Pete Weber. McNeil received a division 1 for this performance (along with every other marching band from group 5A is Region 26) The McNeil Band also received 1st Place at USSBA in Kyle in group V Open, taking all caption awards (Best Colorguard, Drumline, Visuals, Effect & Music) and receiving the highest overall score in the entire competition out of 17 bands with 90.6 the week before this performance.
