  1. thanks! im assuming you go to grove city, which means a lot since you guys are our closest rivals.

  2. i kinda figured you wouldn’t. we’re from northern ohio, in sandusky. and we are huge on music. i guess you could compare us with grove city, except maybe 10-20 ppl smaller. and 29 straight years at state, one of the three bands in the state do that.

  3. there’s a full video of us on my page. it doesn’t do us much justice, as it was recorded on a cam-corder. but it gets the point across.

  4. This is a perfect example of the DCHS marching band doing more without huge props or recorded sound. Dynamics were excellent and marching very precise. A few square feet of cloth hidden in the gauntlet provided a fantastic effect at the end.

  5. now if that isn’t a load of crap, i’m not sure what is. unless you’re in dci, it’s not happening.

  6. Ya this year we aout 120 but this is our lowest year in a while we usually up around 140-170

  7. this year we are around 230-240 but we march around 200 because of our “shared” positions. also have 40 flags which is redonculous

  8. we only have 18 flags which thats usually all we allow in our band but we have 12 drumline 80 winds and 8 pit

  9. EXTREMELY impressive. well done guys! i remember warming up at states and seeing “287.62″ written in paper cups on the fence. it didnt me until later that it meant your high score. incredible…

  10. We did great this year!!! We also did great my senior year in 2008/2009. Really great show both years. This years show was crap…. The whole BOA thing is horrible. I hate props and I hate how DCHS is now being forced to use props because of the scoring. Either way this show
